The following are the steps to apply for a Fats, Oils and Grease Licence
Complete the Applicant Details section and generate a unique reference number. This 6 digit number will be used to track your application.
Complete payment as per the Licence Application Fee Section below.
Review and complete the GDPR notice.
Complete the online application form. (Note there is also the option to download the application form and submit by e-mail if the online version is not suitable).
To complete the application you will need to provide / upload the following information. - A copy of your Certificate of Incorporation (if applicable), A copy of the of your Certificate of Business Name Registration (if applicable), a Site location map if you cannot provide an Eircode, Technical datasheets associated with grease trap equipment (if applicable). Confirmation of payment of €380 Application fee.

Evidence of payment can be provided via a screenshot in pdf, PNG, JPG or JPEG format in Step 4 of the online application process.
